Great location and all the amenities of home. The shared washer and dryer was a plus. Host was responsive to any concerns. Highly recommended.

The area was convenient and walkable to the Centro. There's 2 Oxxo markets within a 2/3 block walk away. Not bad when you have to carry home a jug of water or get some basics. The bar stool was wobbly when I got there and since there was limited table seating, I sat on it anyway. The stool broke immediately. The cleaning lady collected it but they did not replace the broken chair. With such a small space every piece of furniture counts. I wish they'd replaced the chair and inspected it prior to renting the unit. Also, the desk chair was not comfortable for all day work. My husband had a stiff neck from working at the desk all day for 4 days. For remote workers, I wish they invested in a real ergonomic desk chair. It seems a small expense for the rate of return it would net. They asked that you fill out a form off platform before getting access codes. I filled out my form 2 hrs in advance and still had to wait outside for a code. 30min response but still frustrating with luggage.

Excelente lugar y muy práctica la llegada. Tuve problemas el primer día con el control del estacionamiento ya que no estaba sincronizado y fue complicado encontrar lugar para el auto en la zona. No obstante al día siguiente quedó resuelto

Excelente opción, la suite es tal cual como se muestra en las fotos, muy bonita, limpia, impecable, tiene clima y funciona muy bien. Alex el anfitrión responde al instante y resuelve, servicio VIP. La ubicación es inmejorable, caminando vas y vienes al Jardin Zenea, etc...es muy seguro, sin pensarlo volvería a hospedarme en mi próxima visita!

El lugar está muy bonito y agradable pero la atención de los anfitriones es muy mala y pase una mala experiencia ya que estaban comunicándose conmigo para querer entrar hacer mantenimiento al A/C y le dije que en ese momento no y llegaban y tocaban con lo mismo. Ya más tarde salí y al parecer entraron al cuarto e hicieron el mantenimiento. Cuando regrese tipo 9-10 pm cambiaron el código de la entrada al cuarto algo que se me hizo de pésimo trato y más porque nunca me contestaron ni se pusieron en contacto conmigo, entré a la habitación por medio de una ventana porque nunca me pasaron el nuevo código, que si no entro por la ventana me hubiera tocado ir a un hotel porque nunca me contestaron ni se pusieron en contacto nuncaaaaa

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Easy to get in and out - liked not having to carry a key. Bed very comfortable. Modern amenities. Would return again.

Loved the entire experience. This was our first air bb stay and we were very impressed. They really helped us by letting us extend our stay twice. We had business that kept us unexpectedly and were so happy that we did not have to move. They were easy and quick to communicate with.

As previous reviews have mentioned, this is a well-designed & comfortably furnished apartment. The apartment was very clean. There is some traffic noise but it's not too intrusive. The problem is with the penny-pinching mindset and occasionally poor customer service of the hosting team. They did arrange an early check-in for me and that was appreciated. However, I encountered the following shortcomings: no filter for the coffee machine, only 1 bar of soap even though the shower and the wash basin are in different rooms, only 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, only 4 sheets of paper towel, only 1 cooking pot (but 4 frying pans!). When I pointed these things out to the host agency, they initially took no action so I had to involve Airbnb. Finally, it took over 24 hours (a third of my stay) and a lot of messaging and time wasting to resolve these minor issues. If/when the host team becomes more committed to providing the listed amenities, this apartment will merit a 5-star rating.

We had a great stay in this unit. Extremely clean, just like the photos and description, great location, very walkable area. Mas Suites was very responsive and helpful. This was a perfect choice for us to explore Querétaro.

The apartment was just like in pictures, it was clean and modern. The internet was speedy and good for remote working. The place had some maintenance issues though, the aircondition leaked water and no one came to fix it during my 3 week stay. The apartment code lock broke down and once I was locked out to the street as well. I got help quickly, but the apartment lock remained unfixed rest of my stay. Some electric outlets were broken in apartment as well. The kitchen lacked some basic stuff like knife and scissors. I also asked for more hangers (place had 1) and never got more, I ended buying myself more, also bought a kitchen knife. The place had regular cleaning, and washing machine downstairs was great addition.

Beautifully designed and well thought out space. The lighting in the unit was amazing. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Water pressure great. Shower and toilet works really well. We were beyond pleased with the unit, the location. It was peaceful and we had an amazing stay.

El apartamento es muy lindo, nuevecito, exactamente como las fotos, el área es agradable para caminar y conocer el centro de la ciudad. Impecablemente limpio, los muebles nuevos, la cama súper cómoda, la ropa de cama y toallas excelentes, la regadera con presión de agua magnífica y el agua sin variaciones de temperatura, la única observación sería que faltan algunos enseres: no había cuchillo, abrelatas ni sacacorchos, tampoco sal ni azúcar, la cafetera es pequeñita, de las que funcionan con el café dentro de una bolsita de filtro y tampoco había café. Son pequeños detalles pero que pueden dar el plus. En general es un muy buen lugar, ampliamente recomendable, tuvimos una excelente estadía.

El departamento está divino, decorado increíble, impecable, nos encantó! La ubicación nos encantó y estacionarte en la calle fue fácil y seguro. Si nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí. Gracias!
