The place is situated in a ghetto area so you need to be greatful. It’s a stone building on ground floor so it is pretty cold. There are not really any windows in the apartment. The kitchen was messy and dirty and many amenities were missing. However, WORST OF ALL is that we have a checkout note saying 12 pm but the Host REPEATEDLY INSIST that we checkout at 10 am and has no understanding whatsoever, which I found to be pretty rude. In sum, there are so many better places in Queretaro and you should stay there instead. And the host should definitely learn from this experience.

I looked at many places to stay in Queretaro while I was waiting for my permanent location to be ready. The apartment was quite comfortable and was spotless. They really are serious about providing a clean place to stay. The host was super responsive as I had to change my reservation a couple of times. For the money, I could not find a better place to stay.

I enjoyed my stay here and would return in the future. I work remotely and teach classes over Zoom all day every day, and I was impressed and relieved that the WIFI consistently worked well. The electricity goes off every couple of days but only for 1-10 minutes at a time. The lady who cleans biweekly was accommodating to my work schedule and offered to just replace the trash on days when I was teaching rather than clean everything as usual. You can hear all the traffic on the busy street outside and it’s fairly noisy, particularly when buses and motorcycles pass. However, I used headphones while working and didn’t have any serious issues. The Airbnb is exactly as it looks in the photos. All appliances worked and the place was clean when I arrived. I didn’t have any insect problems besides finding 2 dead cockroaches on the floor over a month long stay, which isn’t the host’s fault but just something to be aware of. I had a comfortable stay and the host was responsive and helpful.

Existe mucho ruido en el lugar por la puerta de entrada y externo; es prácticamente imposible no escuchar los autos que pasan en la noche. El lugar esta bien, solo considera llevar todo para tu estancia ya que en mi caso no hubo cosas básicas como papel.

Excellent property and highly recommend staying here if you visit Querétaro. The neighborhood is walkable and offers stunning views especially from the rooftop patio! The apartment has plenty of space for a couple and was spotless upon arrival. There is an OXO across the street and a brand new HEB a short drive away. I highly recommend the taco spot Los Gusanos on the next street over. The fabulous Cerveceria Hércules and Hotel Hércules is only a 20 minute walk away and worth the trip. Paty and her staff were excellent, friendly and on top of any of our needs. Thank you and take care!

Un departamento muy cómodo y acogedor Aunque es algo pequeño tiene. Todo lo necesario para estar bien. Excelente seguridad, el único problema es el ruido de la calle ya que se encuentra en planta baja y se escucha el ruido de los carros y personas que caminan en la banqueta Pero de ahí en fuera excelente Lo recomiendo

El lugar es tal cual se menciona en el anuncio, es lindo y está bien ubicado. Solo que como está en una avenida principal el ruido juega un papel, se escuchan los camiones cuando pasan y si alguien sale del edificio, es el único contra que le vería.

Excelente lugar. Todos los enseres de primer nivel, el Wifi es el mejor que he tenido en Mexico. Espacio limpio, elegante y cómodo. Super recomendado.

Es un estudio chiquito, tiene lo indispensable para estancias largas. Le hace falta una limpieza profunda porque los marcos de las ventanas guardan muchísimo polvo y sobre todo es muy ruidoso porque está a pie de calle.

Modern apartment building, well appointed with a lovely rooftop area. Unfortunately, the unit we had 2D, was not particularly clean and extremely noisy due to being right on a fairly busy road, and you can hear everyone coming in and out as the man entrance door is somewhat noisy as well. We were there for two weeks and although the space was excellent, the noise and the level of cleanliness was not ideal. Although we were there for two weeks there was a tiny bar of soap, tiny shampoo, and one roll of toilet paper. We were advised that this was all we would receive. The internet was great and there are laundry facilities on the rooftop which was wonderful. I sent photos of the cleanliness issues in our suite but they were not acknowledged. The only way to get air into the suite is to open the windows, but then you get the noise and the dust from the road. Otherwise the unit is great but for us, the noise was a problem, and it really does need a deep cleaning.

El único gran problema es el ruido, tanto de la calle como de los vecinos. Se escucha todo y la calle es muy transitada. La cama un poco incomoda, todo lo demás increíble, buen servicio y tal como en las fotos.

Nice, modern studio apartment that feels very new. The building was renovated into a very good condition. Communication with the host and help with any issues is good. The immediate neighborhood is just okay, but you can walk ten minutes west to get into a cozier neighborhood by the aqueduct. If you walk east 20 minutes there is an amazing beer garden called Hercules--the biggest and best I've ever seen anywhere. It can get a bit hot in the apartment and there is no AC, but there is a floor fan. There is a medium sized street directly in front of the apartment with steady traffic noise, but it's not terrible. Overall I recommend this place.
